Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of all clients and ensure appointment availability, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to leave a deposit or prepay for future appointments.
